We have a strict return policy depending on the type of item you buy from us. Our versatile collection falls under two main types of return claims:

• Non-Returnable Items:

These cut to order include covers and sashes for chairs, tablecloths, bands, caps, table runners, overlays, napkins, ceiling drapes, drapes, fabric by the yard, showroom hangers, swatches, color cards, truss covers, spandex shapes, spandex table linens, stage and table skirts, trash can covers, kitchen storage racks.

• Returnable Items:

Returnable or stock items include flatware or cutlery sets, charger plates, pipe hardware, etc.

The rules policy includes the following:

1. All returns are subject to a 45% restocking fee after authorization and approval. Ensure you return the item as new in its original packaging.
2. The client handles the return of the merchandise via either UPS or FedEx.
3. After we receive the returned items and fully inspect them, our Return Department will initiate a refund to the original payment method. This takes between seven to 10 days to complete.
4. Promotional-free shipping return orders will not be refunded with the initial shipping cost or handling fee.
5. We won't accept a return or exchange on the merchandise you have used, washed, or damaged.

The Urquid Linen shipping promo ensures that we ship your items for delivery by the 13th business day from your order date. Once the product ships, we are no longer responsible for delays or damages that might occur with the shipping carrier.

Urquid Linen is not responsible for any delays during the shipping process. Shipping delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier delays, and other unforeseen problems. It can also take longer to arrive than the transit time quoted by a shipping company without being considered “late.”

Your order can be shipped as a multi-piece shipment and a multi-piece shipment can become separated during shipping with parts of your order being delivered at different times.
